5 m wide carpets for large spaces

Fewer seams in large rooms

Most machine carpets stop at 3 or 4 metres wide, so a large hall ends up stitched together from many strips. Our Acrylic 1200 line is woven up to 5 metres wide and cut to any length. A 10 m wide hall needs two 5 m widths and one seam, instead of four 3 m widths and three seams. Fewer seams mean faster fitting, less visible joins and a cleaner finish across the whole floor. For example, we can weave a single 4 × 30 m hall carpet.

Where it is used

Mosques and prayer halls, wedding and event halls, hotel ballrooms and corridors, conference rooms and large majlis spaces: anywhere a floor is wider than a standard carpet.

How a wide-width order works

1. Send your floor plan (PDF, JPG or PNG) with the room sizes.
2. We propose how the widths are laid and where the seams fall.
3. You choose the design and confirm the sizes.
4. We confirm the delivery date within 24 hours of the final details.
5. You receive the production video and packing list before paying the balance.
6. We pack the rolls and arrange freight on request.
