Who we are

This website is run by Tejarat Gostar Sialk Kashan Co. (Sialk Carpet), Sialk Carpet Central Showroom, Soleiman Sabahi Industrial Estate, Aran va Bidgol (Kashan region), Isfahan Province, Iran. What we collect

When you send the quote, project or contact form we receive what you type: your name, company, country, city or destination port, WhatsApp number, email address, the product lines, design codes and quantity you are interested in, your message and, on the project form, the floor plan you upload (PDF, JPG or PNG). With the form we also record the page you sent it from, the page language, the website or campaign that brought you to us (referrer and UTM tags), the time, and whether you ticked the WhatsApp consent box. To stop spam, the number of requests from one connection is counted for 10 minutes.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request: to prepare a price list or a project proposal, to confirm designs, sizes, quantities and delivery, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for advertising.

WhatsApp messages

We reply to your request on WhatsApp or by email. We send you offers on WhatsApp later only if you ticked the box “You may contact me on WhatsApp about this request and future offers”. You can withdraw that consent at any time on WhatsApp or by email.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare: Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot, and Email Routing forwards emails sent to our @sialkcarpet.com addresses to our mailbox.
• Google (Gmail): our mailbox, which also receives a copy of a form request when our order system cannot be reached.
• n8n, running on our own server: passes each request to our sales records.
• Telegram: our sales team is notified of each new request in a private group.

How long we keep it

Requests and uploaded files are deleted from the website automatically 12 months after they were sent. Encrypted backups of the website are kept for a short time so that we can restore it after a failure. If you place an order, the order records are kept as long as accounting and export rules require.

Cookies

The website sets one cookie, sialk_lang, which remembers the language you chose, for one year. The campaign tags of your visit stay in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so that they can be sent with a form. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@sialkcarpet.com from the email address or WhatsApp number you used, and we will confirm when it is done.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
